Emma heads up the recruitment team at RadioWorks and has been with the company since 1999. With almost ten years agency experience and a couple of years as a client of RadioWorks, Emma has experienced the full range of our services. Her time is spent managing the ever growing team, making certain we continue to offer fantastic service to our clients, staying on top of industry developments and ensuring we deliver innovative recruitment solutions.

Susan has been with RadioWorks for four years and has spent her time becoming an expert in her trade. Susan joined us from University in Edinburgh. The feedback from our clients about Susan usually falls into one of three categories “unbeatable station knowledge”, “very helpful” and “always available”! No job is too big (or small!) and she’s more than willing to help so just give her a call and find out for yourself!

Lyndsay joined the recruitment team at RadioWorks in 2006, coming to us from University in Liverpool. Lyndsay had spent her time at University studying for a media degree and has worked alongside Susan since she joined the team. Lyndsay works with recruitment agencies across the UK and will be more than happy, and able, to tackle any briefs you have to send in her direction. Laura joined RadioWorks in 2007 and brought with her the experience she got from her time with a regional broadcast team. She oversees all campaign management and ensures that campaigns go out on time with the correct copy and always deliver what they promise.

Lauren works with Laura and Josie in our campaign management team. She joins us from one of Bauer Radio’s local stations and gives us a fantastic insight into the local marketplace.
