Emma heads up the recruitment team at RadioWorks and has been with the company since 1999. With well over ten years agency experience and a couple of years as a client of RadioWorks, Emma has been on both sides of the RadioWorks fence! Her time is spent managing the team, striving to deliver outstanding service to our clients, staying on top of industry developments and ensuring we deliver innovative and effective recruitment solutions.

Simon has been with RadioWorks for fast approaching ten years having joined us from the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) where he honed his knowledge of commercial radio in the UK. As Head of Insight Simon's role is a varied one and includes the running of training sessions for both clients and colleagues alike. If you want to know anything about commercial radio in the UK Simon's the person who'll have the answers, he’s also very keen on afternoon tea, beer and football!

Kirsten joined RadioWorks in 2009 and came to us from Bauer Radio. Kirsten works closely with agencies and direct clients up and down the country. She’s worked across many sectors, but in her time at RadioWorks has developed a wealth of experience in the recruitment arena and has worked with the rest of the team to develop and implement some incredibly successful campaigns. Susan has been with RadioWorks since 2005 and has spent her time becoming an expert in her trade. Susan joined us from University in Edinburgh. The feedback from our clients about Susan usually falls into one of three categories "unbeatable station knowledge", "very helpful" and "always available"! No job is too big (or small!) and she's more than willing to help so just give her a call and find out for yourself!

Lyndsay joined the recruitment team in 2006, coming to us from University in Liverpool. Lyndsay spent her time at University studying for a media degree and has worked very closely with Susan since she joined the team. Lyndsay works with recruitment agencies across the UK and is more than happy (and definitely more than able) to tackle any briefs you have to send in her direction. She’s also our international recruitment specialist so if you’re looking to promote vacancies or courses to an overseas audience then Lyndsay is your woman, you’d be surprised what she knows about radio across the globe!

Jade joined us in 2010 and came to us from a publishing background. Jade’s here to ensure that the stations are playing the right commercials, at the right time and to ensure that all the hard work that’s done in advance of the campaign starting is actioned correctly.
